FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. WHAT ARE WAX MELTS?
Wax melts are scented pieces of wax without a wick.  They're melted in a wax warmer to release fragrance into the air, without a flame.

2. HOW DO I USE WAX MELTS?
Place 1-2 pieces of wax into a warmer.  Turn it on (or light the tea light, depending on your warmer type), and enjoy the scent as the wax melts!

3. HOW LONG DOES THE SCENT LAST?
This depends on the scent and warmer used, but generally, one melt lasts between 12-20 hours.  Some stronger scents may even linger longer.

4. CAN I REUSE MELTED WAX?
Once the scent is gone, the wax won't re-release fragrance.  You can safely remove the old wax and replace it with a fresh melt for a new scent experience.

5. DO YOUR MELTS WORK IN ALL WARMERS?
Wax melts are compatible with standard electric and tealight warmers.  If you're using a smaller plug-in warmer, I recommend using smaller pieces of the melt to avoid overflow.  If you're using an electric burner, I recommend 25W bulb.

6. WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED?
I use high quality 100% soy wax and premium fregrance oils.  Each melt is hand-poured with care to ensure a clean, long-lasting scent.

7. HOW LONG WILL MY WAX MELTS LAST (SHELF LIFE)?
When stored properly, wax melts can retain their scent for up to 12 months.  For best results, use within the first 6 months.

8. HOW SHOULD I STORE MY WAX MELTS?
Keep your wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat.  This helps preserve their scent and shape until you're ready to use them

9. DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Custom orders bring me such joy.  Theres a minimum order of 6oz.  These are made with one scent + one shape.  Message me to chat about your idea - we'll create something scentfully unique!

10. WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom orders typically take 2 weeks to complete.  Timing can vary a bit depending on the size, complexity, and the time needed for the wax to cure properly.

11. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXHANGES?
Because each item is handmade, all sales are final.
